ORDER GUARANTEE - If your purchase is incorrect. The purchaser has 7 days from the delivered date to report it to Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply. Please return the item for credit. Once received, we will reprocess your order accordingly.
 
IMPORTANT NOTICE - Consumer does hereby acknowledge that the opening of refrigeration lines of any equipment must be done by an EPA licensed professional. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to safely and properly install any parts or equipment in accordance with all local building code applications.
 
EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES - All equipment comes with the manufacturer's warranty. We do not process warranties for the manufacturer's equipment. If a warranty is needed, you will need to contact a local cooling & heating specialist. They will need to process the warranty claim under their licensed service account.
 
MOTOR WARRANTIES - If you purchased a motor from our store. We get a 1-year 1-time warranty claim on our motors. All motor claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt in order to make a claim. The motor must be brought back into the store fully mounted to the assembly with all included parts (capacitor if applicable). We will test the motor in order to process the warranty. If the motor has failed under its own standard conditions. We will replace the motor free of charge as a 1-time warranty claim.
 
LIABILTY - Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply will not be held responsible for any actions, damages, consequential or inconsequential, resulting from operation and/or installation of any equipment and/or electrical parts. Equipment and electrical parts are intended to be installed by a properly experienced certified professional. Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply is based on the Do-It-Yourself moto. You the consumer accept all risk for installation. We strongly recommend having an inspection done by a certified professional.
 
SHIPPING - The shipping cost at checkout is only an "ESTIMATED QUOTE" provided by an electronically generated application from FedEx. It is intended to give you an idea of the possible shipping cost. Box size and weight are undetermined until the shipment is processed. Pricing may adjust accordingly. We will contact you with the official shipping cost before processing your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. If by this time you have not been contacted for an order confirmation, please contact our store. Phone: 954-971-7968 Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12noon EST. Closed Sunday.

For security purposes your credit card security code is not collected during checkout. We will contact you to confirm the order and shipping cost. At that time the security code for the credit card used will be required in order to process the order.
 
CANCELLATIONS - You may cancel your purchase prior to shipment.

REFUNDS - We do not offer refunds.
(But we are willing to work with you by offering exchanges for returnable items.)
 
RETURNABLE ITEMS - Unopened items that are in good resell condition and do not fall under the non-returnable category. 
 
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS - Electrical Parts, Chemicals, Tools, Custom Orders, Opened/Cut Materials and Unwrapped Grilles.
 
EXCHANGES - Items that qualify as returnable items will be applied as a store credit towards the purchase of the correct item, once we have received the returnable item in good resaleable condition. Shipping not included.
 
       * All returns must be in original packaging with all included accessories.
       * All returns must be in good, unused, and resaleable condition.
       * All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the purchase.
