items listed on invoice. The consumer has 4 days from receipt
of delivery to report it to Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply.
WARRANTIES - All equipment comes with the manufacturers full
warranty. If a repair is needed, Contact a local Cooling &
Heating Specialist. They can get a replacement part for free.
Or Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply will send a replacement
part for free. (You must pay for the part plus Shipping &
Handling. When Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply receives your
defective part you will be refunded your money.)
**All Electrical Parts come with a 30 day warranty.
**Motors 1 year warranty.
EQUIPMENT ORDERS - It is the consumers responsibility for the
selection or type of equipment. Any concerns of system sizing
or selection are subject to a knowledgeable specialist to
confirm that selection made is suited to your particular
IMPORTANT NOTICE - Consumer does hereby acknowledge that the
opening of refrigeration lines of any equipment purchase must
be done by a EPA licensed professional. It is the purchasers
sole responsibility to safely and properly install equipment
or parts in accordance with all local building code
LIABILTY - Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply will not be held
responsible for any actions, damages, consequential or
inconsequential, resulting from operation and/or installation
of any equipment & electrical parts. Air conditioning units &
Electrical parts are intended to be installed by a properly
experienced certified professional. We at Atlantic Air
Conditioning Supply base our business of Do-It-Yourselfers.
You the consumer accept all risk for installation and equipment
selection. We Strongly recommend an inspection by a certified
CANCELLATIONS - If you cancel your purchase prior to shipment
we will gladly refund you purchase (*Condensing units and Air
Handlers will reduce your refund by a 15% restocking fee.)
All refunds will be made in the manner as payment received.
(ie- Credit Card, Money order or Cashiers Check).
REFUND - In the event you need to return your purchase.
Our Policy is as followed. All returns are subject to inspection by Atlantic Supply. All items must be in new condition: No Scratches, No Dents and Not installed. If this is the case we will refund your purchase minus shipping & handling. If items are damaged in any way no refund will be given. Please Note ELECTRICAL PARTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
* You must call and get an approval # for your return.
No returns/exchanges will be accepted without
* All returns/exchanges must be in original box and
any documentation must be included. (Spec. Sheets,
Installation Guides, Warranty info. and/or Batteries etc.)
* Equipment must be in new condition just like received
and the equipment MUST NO BE INSTALLED.
* Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply will accept any
return for a period of 10 working days. No returns
will be accepted after 10 days.
* Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund from the time
Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply receives your return.
RETURNS: If you order the wrong product. Please call first to let us know you are returning the product for the correct one. Keep in mind there is a 25% restocking fee. Any product that has been installed CAN NOT be returned. Grills if they are unwrapped CAN NOT be returned. Grills come wrapped in clear wrapping so you can see product and fit in hole. That is why we DO NOT take them back.
SHIPPING - Once your order is received, the order will be prepared and shipped either Federal Express or UPS. The cost should already be included in your order. Items not in stock or need to be special ordered will take a little longer.
LOST/STOLEN Packages: Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply will not be held responsible/liable for any Lost/Stolen Packages. If you do not receive your shipment you must contact Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply to submit a claim in your behalf to the shipper. Claims are normally settled within 14 business days.
Any Shipment to a residential address that has to be delivered
by a freight truck will incur an $30.00 fee. This fee is a result of government taxation for oversized trucks using residential roads. The driver is only to deliver your shipment
it is up to you to take delivery and place your shipment yourself.
YOUR SHIPMENT MUST BE INSPECTED BY YOU AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
with driver present, as carriers will not accept damaged or
shorted claims without a notation on the delivery receipt of
such situation. In the event that your order is damaged, you
should immediately inspect and evaluate if the damage is
cosmetic or severe enough to hender the system from operating
properly. If you do not want the damaged part(s) simply refuse
the damaged portion and we will ship a replacement at no charge to you.
